THE CHALLENGE
The Louisville Leopard Percussionists (LLP) wanted to increase their Facebook Fan base as well as sell out their annual Big Gig Fundraiser performance.In previous years, over 400 tickets would go unsold, of which LLP would still be responsible for the box office $2.50 ticketing fee. Filling those 400 seats, would provide much needed awareness, exposure, and revenue that would assist LLP in bringing their non-profit percussion ensemble program to more school children in the Louisville, Kentucky community.
As Big Gig was the group’s only fundraiser during the year, LLP wanted to capitalize on the BUZZ generated from the performance and develop a year-round revenue stream following Big Gig.
